Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) announces the hire of Tara Mack-Gillins as Director of the South Shore market, effective February 2025. Tara will lead, coach, and support the team in providing the highest-quality employment and adult and student services to clients throughout the South Shore.
Tara brings extensive experience serving in community-based roles, including but not limited to helping those in need navigate the judicial system and teaching educational and life skills to parents. “Employment barriers were a significant issue for many of my past clients. WOU has granted the opportunity to help address this issue head-on.”
Tara received her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Suffolk University and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. A resident of the South Shore, she enjoys going on outings with her children in her spare time.
