Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) is pleased to announce that Tiffney Bergeron has taken on a newly created role as Senior Director of Quality & Development, effective July 2026.
In her new role, Tiffney will lead initiatives focused on continuously improving the quality of services provided to clients, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of internal support functions, including teams such as the Administrative Resource Team and Business Development Team. In addition, she will identify and pursue opportunities to expand WOU’s services within existing markets and into new communities where support is needed.
Tiffney joined WOU in 2010 as a Director and was promoted to Regional Director in 2016. Prior to joining WOU, she served as a Treatment Coordinator for a family service organization, where she partnered with families to develop treatment plans addressing their children’s behavioral, emotional, and intellectual disabilities. Reflecting on her experience with WOU, Tiffney shared, “I love that we all share a genuine commitment to client success.”
Tiffney earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and English Literature. A resident of Rhode Island, she enjoys spending her free time by the water with her husband, daughter, and two small dogs.
