(Dover, NH) On December 23, 2025, Jeanne Tebbetts, a key member of the Marketing Team, was presented a Success at Work award by Patty McGrail during a team meeting. She was nominated for the award by COO Mary Leddy. Since the award’s inception in 2000, Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) has presented the Success at Work award to honor and recognize team members who have delivered outstanding service consistent with the company’s core values.
Jeanne joined WOU in 2013, as a part-time employee supporting the HR department. She reviewed resumes, onboarded core team members, and then grew her responsibilities to tasks like background checks, electronic filing, and audits. In 2016, her many talents expanded to support Marketing as well. She began by learning various digital marketing and social media management software platforms like Constant Contact and Hootsuite. Over the years, Jeanne took on more vital marketing functions, including managing our websites, analytics, and candidate and client outreach. Her attention to detail and ability to create professional, engaging website content reflect positively on both the Leddy Group and WOU brands.
In addition to her hard work, creativity, and knack for generating lots of well-written and often humorous content, Jeanne is a true team player. Mary states, “She works really well with each of our teams and is responsive and caring both personally and in written follow up. She also does a fantastic job prioritizing and meeting deadlines, even when the team has a last-minute request. The feedback about Jeanne in this role from all stakeholders has been wonderful, and a true testament to ‘we build successful, reciprocal relationships!’ Jeanne, we can’t tell you how much we appreciate all that you do!!”
