(West Palm Beach, FL) On April 26th, 2022 Heather Kovolyan, an Administrative Resource Team member in our West Palm Beach, FL market, was awarded a Success-at-Work Award during a team meeting. She was nominated for the award by Sue Abel, our West Palm Beach and Broward Director.
During the presentation, Sue cited Heather’s many contributions to the team that were compiled by the entire team. We’re sharing a picture of members of the West Palm Beach and Broward on the call when Heather’s award was announced – the smiles on their faces speak volumes! Heather was feeling surprised and camera shy at the announcement – we imagine she’s just as happy as her colleagues. We also ‘spy’ WOU founder Joe Leddy in our “where in the world is Joe” format, in the picture!
“Heather is the best ART member ever! We appreciate her ability to juggle all the multiple tasks of tracking tedious details of tracker notes, Medicaid waiver service notes, reviewing Medicaid documents such as ESPs and Quarterly reports, hunting down authorizations from Support Coordinators, completing the OJT wage and reimbursement forms and perm benchmark dates, OJT invoices and many, many other things that get done.”
“Heather is invaluable to our team. She is extremely efficient with her time and completes tasks without error! I can’t remember the last time anyone saw an error in her work. We can count on Heather to represent our teams with professionalism in emails and communication with VR and Support Coordinators.”
In making the presentation Steve Wood presented Heather a certificate which read:
For her commitment to our mission “We create new opportunities for success in the workplace, every day,” Heather’s teammates in the West Palm Beach office have the following to say about how invaluable Heather is to the team: “She is extremely efficient with her time and completes tasks without error! I can’t remember the last time anyone saw an error in her work.” “We can count on Heather to represent our teams with professionalism in emails and communication with VR and Support Coordinators.” “When we have a question about something, she responds back quicky.” Heather is “our go- to person,” “the brains behind the operation,” “the glue that keeps us all together,” “always helpful,” “always solution-based when a question is asked,” “ thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.” “We do not take Heather for granted and we consider ourselves fortunate to work with Heather and don’t know what we would do without her!”
The “Success-at-Work” award, which began in 2000, periodically honors and recognizes team members who have delivered outstanding service to our clients consistent with the Company’s core values.
Congratulations Heather!
