Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) announces the recent promotion of Dayna Sharon to Director of the Worcester & Framingham markets, effective October 2021. In her new role, Dayna is responsible for managing the flow of referrals and providing support to the Worcester/Framingham team’s Career Resource Specialists and the clients they support.
Dayna joined WOU in 2018 as a Career Resource Specialist bringing several years of experience as a case manager at a day program for adults with disabilities. She was promoted in early 2021 to Team Leader and then was selected to enter the Director-in-Training program in June of that year. “I love that I can help people identify and work towards their goals, both clients and teammates. From upper management on down, everyone at WOU is incredibly supportive of each other and dedicated to making sure that everyone feels respected and valued.”
Dayna earned her B.S. in Psychology from Bay Path University. She resides in Canton, MA, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and reading.
