On June 2nd at the Company’s Dover office, Natalie Starling of the Accounting Team received a Success-at-Work Award. Natalie, who works primarily in the accounts receivable and contracts area for our Career Services Division, was nominated by our Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager, Marcia Welsh.
In support of the nomination, here is what Marcia wrote:
“I am nominating Natalie Starling for a Success at Work award because of her willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities to support the Accounting team, all along keeping a positive can-do attitude. As we have been shorthanded in the Accounting department, Natalie has been relentless in learning the payroll process for the Staffing Division, including spending late evenings to ensure the payroll is complete for over 400 employees each week since April. She has been instrumental in creating detailed, accurate procedures which will assist in the new payroll specialists’ success. Natalie has also taken on the role of Contract Administrator while Katie is on maternity leave. Again, she has shown her willingness to learn the details of the contracts to be able to thoroughly understand the complexities of this position.”
In making the presentation to Natalie, Steve Wood read these words of commendation from her Success-at-Work Award certificate:
We honor Natalie Starling for taking “individual initiative” and building many “successful, reciprocal relationships” with dozens of funding sources and fellow core team members. Of special note is how Natalie has so unselfishly become the classic utility team player, helping with nearly all functions of the Accounting Team. Natalie’s continuous positive attitude and approach to service make her a great teammate and a Success at Work!
