The Retained Placement award is given to Jeff Lucier of our Auburn Team. With a client referral package that highlighted significant challenges to overcome in finding and maintaining employment, CRS Jeff Lucier stepped up to the challenge. Among the many steps involved in achieving a successful job placement, Jeff developed all the strategies and support that would ensure our client become proficient in his tasks, the work environment and supports provided would be a match for his needs, and the goal of maintaining long-term employment was achieved. A testament to how far our Client had come in terms of his confidence and work skills, was when his supervisor selected the client as Employee of the Month for March 2017. Jeff Lucier’s approach to client retention represents the quality of effort and thoughtful consideration that this award signifies. Congratulations, Jeff!
