The 2021 Frank Loughran Award is awarded to Kelsey Mola!
This award was established in memory of our late Vice President to recognize excellence in Supported Employment. It is given annually to an employee who has exhibited creativity in job development strategies for individuals with disabilities and a commitment to natural supports in the workplace.
Kelsey’s award is in recognition for her outstanding work with Liam. Kelsey assisted Liam with not one, but two positions. Due to the constraints of support hours, Kelsey spent a full year persistently developing natural supports in order for Liam to be successful at both positions.
