(West Palm Beach, FL) On Thursday, April 12th Lisa Jaloski, a Career Resource Specialist on our West Palm Beach team, was awarded a Success-at-Work Award at a team meeting. Lisa was nominated for the award by her director, Sue Abel.
In making her nomination, Sue highlighted Lisa’s 16 placements so far this year, highest on their team, which leads the Company with 130 placements.
Here are a few more highlights about Lisa from Sue:
“Lisa has great customized placements and she never gives up meeting the client’s goal. One example is Corinna, who Lisa helped overcome a hearing barrier by using technology in the workplace.
Lisa is a terrific Team Leader and balances the tasks of supporting three team mates by completing 30 day objectives, supporting them to improve and meet goals and objectives and also providing excellent services to her clients. She currently has 13 clients working and all meeting both hours and wage goals. She also has 27 clients in job development.
In Florida there are special Discovery services, which require team members to pass additional standards and Lisa has done this. She provides this service over a six-week period and writes a comprehensive report. The goal is to help the client find community-based employment in the future. Lisa is currently conducting two of these at the same time as making placements and leading her team.”
