Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) announces the promotion of Arlene Diaz-Wolff to Director in Training for the Broward County market, effective June 2025. Arlene will lead, coach, and support her team in providing the highest-quality employment and adult and student services to clients throughout the region.
Arlene joined WOU in 2021 as a Career Resource Specialist (CRS) and was later promoted to Team Leader in 2024. Before joining WOU, Arlene worked as an HR Coordinator in the hospitality and home health aide industries. “WOU goes above and beyond, not only for the candidates we serve but also for the employees who make it all happen. Arlene earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She resides in Palm Beach County, where she and her family enjoy new adventures that the area has to offer.
