Heather Maling-Menard – Director
Heather serves as Director of WOU's Seacoast market, where she oversees the delivery of quality employment services, provides leadership and support to her team, and cultivates strong partnerships with referral agencies and area employers.
Since joining Work Opportunities Unlimited in 2004 as Director of Career Services in Sanford, Maine, Heather has held several leadership roles across multiple markets, including Director of the Business Development Team.
Prior to WOU, Heather was a Family and Community Support Supervisor for a children's services program in Maine. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Services from Lasell College and is an ACRE Nationally Certified Employment Specialist.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her son at his sporting events.
