Scott Niemczura– Director, Springfield, MA
Formerly Director of the Concord, NH market, Scott is Director of the Springfield, MA market, established in early 2018. He is responsible for building WOU’s client base and presence in the area and ensuring the WOU team is providing excellent service to all those served by finding each client their dream job and helping them achieve their goals.
Scott’s prior experience was in customer service and management. In searching for opportunities, he recognized that the mission and values of WOU closely matched the vision of what he was looking for in a long-term career.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Scott enjoys spending his free time networking on the golf course and reveling in the mental and physical demands of the game. When he’s not playing golf, he attends sporting events and plays PS4 and Nintendo with friends and family.
