Lori Turenchalk – Director, South Shore, MA

Lori is Director of WOU’s Taunton market, responsible for the Braintree, Brockton, Plymouth, and Taunton areas of Massachusetts. As Director, Lori manages contracts with and secures referrals from state, corporate, and private organizations and ensures the community-based Career Resource Specialist (CRS) team delivers excellent client service through coaching, mentoring, training, and evaluation within an outcome-based culture.

Lori joined WOU in November of 2013 as a Team Lead/Career Resource Specialist. She was promoted into her current role as Director in January of 2016 when significant growth in the company’s South Shore market prompted the division of the market into two—Taunton and Braintree. In July 2022, Lori’s region expanded to include supervising the South Shore team.

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in business management/psychology from Framingham State University. Outside of work, Lori’s number one priority is spending time with her daughter and family. She also loves to cook, read, meet new people, take black and white photos, and study design and architecture.
