Tara Mack-Gillins – Director, South Shore, MA
Tara is the Director of Career Services for WOU’s South Shore market, responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality employment services to clients, training and supporting the team, and maintaining relationships with referral agencies and area employers. Tara joined WOU in the winter of 2025.
Before WOU, Tara worked in community-based roles, including but not limited to helping those in need navigate the judicial system and teaching educational and life skills to parents. She holds a B.A. in Sociology, a minor in Psychology from Suffolk University, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
Tara resides on the South Shore with her family. She enjoys spending time going on outings with her children.
