Dave Souza – Director
David is the Director for the Bristol/Plymouth, MA, market. He leads, coaches, and supports his team in providing clients with the highest-quality employment, adult, and student services throughout the southeastern MA region.
David joined WOU as a Career Resource Specialist in the spring of 2024 and was promoted to Director-in-Training shortly thereafter. He brings over 20 years of experience in retail management with Stop and Shop.
David lives with his wife, son, daughter, and dog, Leia, in Bristol County. In his spare time, he enjoys family trips to Great Wolf Lodge or Storyland and uses his Onewheel to travel around town.
