Fiorella “Fifi” Vito Vittorio – Director, Montgomery County, MD

Fifi is Director of Career Services for WOU’s Montgomery market, responsible for ensuring quality service is delivered to clients; training and supporting the Montgomery team; and maintaining relationships with referral agencies and area employers. Originally hired by WOU in 2014 as a Career Resource Specialist/Business Developer for the Prince George market, Fifi was promoted to Team Leader in February of 2019, and entered into the organization’s Director-in-Training program in July of 2020. She was promoted to Director in July of 2021.
Prior to joining WOU, Fifi was a Campaign Specialist with the United Nations Higher Commission for Refugees. In that role, she led and coordinated international action to protect refugees and recruit financial sponsors. She is proud to continue working in the humanitarian field for WOU, an organization that makes an impact by helping those with barriers find meaningful employment.
Fifi earned a BS in global and community health with a concentration in global health from George Mason University and a master’s in public health from City University in London, England. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
