Rebecca Strombosky – Regional Director
As Regional Director of WOU’s Auburn, ME market, Rebecca oversees the operations of the Auburn office and delivery of employment services to individuals.
After a three-year career as a teacher at The New England Center for Children, a nonprofit center dedicated to autism treatment, education, and research, Rebecca joined WOU in August of 2016 as a Career Resource Specialist on the Braintree team. She was promoted to Team Leader in August of 2017 and transitioned into the Director-in-Training program in August of 2018. She successfully completed the program and was placed in her current role in January of 2019.
Rebecca graduated from Nichols College with a bachelor’s in psychology and received her master’s in special education with a concentration in severe special needs from Simmons College. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
