Arlene Diaz-Wolff – Director, Broward County, FL
Arlene serves as Director of Work Opportunities Unlimited’s Broward County Market, where she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality employment services to clients, supporting and developing her team, and fostering strong relationships with referral agencies and local employers.
Arlene joined WOU in 2021 as a Career Resource Specialist (CRS). She was promoted to Team Leader, Director in Training, and ultimately to Director in 2026. Prior to joining WOU, Arlene gained valuable human resources experience as an HR Coordinator in the hospitality and home health care industries.
Arlene earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She resides in Palm Beach County, where she and her family enjoy new adventures that the area has to offer, including her recently developed swimming skills.
