• Working with clients to develop career goals and objectives, assisting clients in finding and maintaining meaningful employment
• Actively engages with businesses to develop employment opportunities for clients.
• Conduct employer visits to build relationships and assess the best employment matches for clients.

• You are a great networker who enjoys building new relationships in the community.
• You have human services experience or an interest in learning more.
• You are motivated and driven to help people succeed and want to make a difference in the world, one person at a time.
• You thrive being a valuable member of a team.

Additional requirements include: 

• Travel within the local community.
• Outreach and meeting with client candidates and employers.
• Monday – Friday, daytime business hours.
• Comfortable using software platforms for documentation and organization.
