What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting adults and youths with disabilities or other barriers to employment to obtain a job.
• Creating career goals with your clients and helping with their job search.
• Teaching vocational skills: interview preparation, writing resumes and cover letters.
• Coaching: provide on-site support for your clients’ work as they learn the responsibilities of the role.
• Traveling to meet clients in their local community to support with employment goals.
• Business developing: foster relationships with local businesses to find opportunities for clients.
• Writing daily notes, track monthly progress and goals using our online portal.

About You:

• You have a passion for helping others and a knack for connecting with people.
• You’re curious, outcome-driven, and love to ask questions.
• You’re interested in Human Services and thrive being out in the community – you prefer to leave the desk behind!
• You are a covered driver for an auto insurance policy & are comfortable transporting others in your vehicle.
