What your day might look like as a Direct Support Professional – Job Coach:

Providing on-site, direct support with an individual at their job site and teaching pre-vocational skills such as resume writing, application writing and in-person interviewing.

Plans and facilitates community-based activities (e. g., medical appointments, grocery shopping, leisure/recreation/socialization); facilitates access to community resources (e. g. meetings, school, job placement).
